Our Delivery Model and Risk-based Approach (RISCAL)
Our delivery model at TSS has been developed based on our customer partnerships and moves beyond delivering traditional security services. Our tech-based solutions combined with a risk led provision enables us to work closely with our clients.
Our risk model RISCAL collates customer data, local crime and police information, demographic, unemployment, and population statistics from government ONS data.
We tailor our risk profiles to our customer’s primary goals. This initial indication of risk when coupled with reported security incidents drive our recommendation of blended guarding and technology-based solutions.

Training
At TSS, we are passionate about learning. The Training and Development of our employees is key to the quality services we deliver. Our interactive Core Training package equips our officers with the knowledge and skills to excel within their core role. In addition we add training bespoke to our customers to ensure the services delivered are tailored to their individual needs. We use an eLearning platform to allow agile deployment of training to meet the customer’s needs.
We are an SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) registered supplier and a registered centre with SFJ Awards and Edexcel; allowing us to provide accredited security and first aid training.
