My Work Portal Downtime:

Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th July


We are currently conducting maintenance work on our systems from the early hours of Wednesday 26th July in to Thursday 27th July.

During this time you will be unable to access your My Work Portal.

We apologise for the inconvenience and we’ll let you know when the portal is back up and running.

Please read through our advice below to avoid issues.



The My Work App and Timelink will be working!Make sure you know your PIN and SIN so you can use the automated systems.
Even if you are late to shift you’ll still be able to use them.Timelink 020 8527 3434 (on the back of your TSS ID card)



Your portal is down, but so are our systems! If you call us with queries or requests our teams will be extremely limited in how they can help.Also we expect to receive a high volume of calls, so you might be waiting a long time to get through. If it isn’t urgent then please wait to get in touch.
